OK, so who is this?

My name is Scott Logan and in 2005 I was elected Alderman for the 3rd Ward of the City of Harvard, Illinois.


I moved my family to Harvard in 2002, and my business, Logan Actuator Co., here in 2003.


This Blog is not intended to be an official representation of the City of Harvard. Rather, this is just one more way to allow folks to contact me, and by extension, the City Council.
